Return & Refund Policy

Need to return your item(s)?

To begin a return, please email mediere.uk@outlook.com so we can understand the issue with your order and provide return instructions.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We guarantee a refund for any item that arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect.
Items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Postage costs are non refundable.

Unwanted Items

We do not offer free returns. If you are returning an unwanted item, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Please return items in a saleable, unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt

Return Postage Responsibility

We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for items that do not reach us.

Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue your refund within 2 working days.

Please note that your card issuer or bank controls how long it takes for the funds to appear in your account, and we have no control over this time frame.
